Richard Zywotkiewicz

Richard Zywotkiewicz’s (AKA Richard Z) Real Estate Career begin some 4 decades back during his four years in the University of Manitoba Faculty of Architecture. After a lengthy career in media, entertainment and consulting, he felt the need for new challenges, new horizons. Having spent decades investing in homes both in Alberta and British Columbia, the need to return to his Architectural roots finally took root. Richard Z now proudly runs with the First Place Realty team. The inner city N.W. and S.W. Calgary have been home since 1981 and are his speciality. He enjoys educating and working with first time buyers, and as an approaching senior himself, loves helping retirees downsize.
